I am an integrative counsellor. Counselling works, not by fixing people, but by using integrative therapeutic techniques, supporting you through your own truths and helping you to trust and understand yourself.

In a typical session at White Pine Counselling, clients can expect a neutral and supportive environment where you have the space to openly explore and discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Sessions are client-centred, meaning the direction and focus are guided by your needs and goals. My approach is to listen to what you need to share allowing you to feel heard. I may offer insights and guidance, and help you to develop healthy coping strategies and tools to navigate challenges. Sessions may involve deep emotional processing, goal-setting, reflection, or working things out in a more creative way if it helps you.
